By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

This website is operated by Máximo Tuja, based in Barcelona, Spain.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Weird Show.

2. Products and Orders

All artworks, prints, apparel, and publications are made to order through trusted production partners such as The Print Space (UK/EU) and Gelato (global network).

Each product is produced individually once your order is placed.
Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly from the images shown online due to printing processes and screen settings.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify or other trusted payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Orders may be shipped from different production partners and may arrive in separate packages.
We are not responsible for customs delays or import duties charged by your local authorities.

5. Returns and Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

We will, however, replace any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
To request a replacement, please contact us within:

48 hours for art prints, or
30 days for apparel and other products,
including photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and text featured on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective artists or of The Weird Show.
No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through this store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Weird Show and its collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
