Shipping Policy

All artworks and products from The Weird Show are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners in the UK, EU, or US.

Production & Fulfillment

  • Art prints are produced and shipped by The Print Space (London / Düsseldorf).

  • Apparel, totes, and catalogs are printed and shipped by Gelato, using the nearest facility to your delivery address.

  • Production times:

    • Art prints: 3–5 business days

    • Apparel & accessories: 2–6 business days

    • Catalogs & books: 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after production:

  • UK & EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

These are average estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs, or peak-season delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Please note that items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist in locating or replacing it.

Packaging

Art prints are carefully packed flat or rolled in protective tubes to ensure safe delivery.
Apparel, totes, and other items are shipped in eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Original Works

Original artworks are shipped directly by the artist from their country of residence.
To simplify logistics and reduce environmental impact, shipping of original works is limited to the artist’s region (e.g. EU-based artists ship within the EU).
Each artwork is insured and sent via tracked delivery.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring a correct delivery address and for any local taxes or fees that may apply.
