All our products — including prints, apparel, totes, and catalogs — are made to order specially for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days with clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement at no cost.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Exemption for made-to-order goods Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. All products in our store are custom-produced on demand for you individually. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded on this basis.
Defective or damaged items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, your statutory rights under EU consumer law apply regardless of the above. Please contact us within 30 days with clear photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
How to submit a request To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/95791153494/account and go to your Orders.
If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the account portal. Please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to manage your order instead.
