This t-shirt is an adaptation of the cover of La Révolution Surréaliste, the Surrealist movement's founding publication from 1924. The nod is intentional: the Surrealists were the original weirdos — artists who decided the world as it was made no sense and that art needed to respond to that. A position we recognize.
The design was made to celebrate TWS Editions 01-06, a collection of limited prints by six artists who shaped how TWS understands contemporary collage: James Gallagher, Fred Free, Cless, Charles Wilkin, Rubén B, and Max-o-matic. Our original weirdos.
Designed by Max-o-matic for The Weird Show, this tee is printed on premium cotton: soft, durable, and cut in a classic fit for everyday wear.
