This is an early collage from a series where I pulled various geometric shapes from magazine ads and scattered them over found images. Using the geometric shapes as outlines, I would fill in the shapes with clippings of colors pulled from various magazines. The assortment and placement of the shapes were dictated by the elements of the found image I wanted to cover up.
